This is the team that works behind the scenes and at the forefront of shows to make the experience all that it can be. Here is a bit of a bio on the Beats By Jay team that makes it all possible.

Jason - Owner/Operator

In 2002 my interest in the music industry started as a singer, where I would regular been seen singing at karaoke shows for fun. In 2005 I was approached by a band; this venture lasted about 6 months, where i was the lead vocalist. It was then decided due to the commitments of the band that it was no longer viable and we all went our separate ways. It was not long after this that i was employed by Sydney Live Entertainment, where i learnt the basics of sound production and DJ’ing. I did this for a few months and then in 2006 completed Certificate III Sound Recording & Engineering. Soon after I relocated to Port Macquarie, it was there I was approached by another company. I subcontracted to this company for a couple of years where I did everything from trivia, DJ, Karaoke. I gained extensive experience in sound production and lighting over the following couple of years. It was in 2010 that Beats By Jay (formerly Right Track Karaoke) went solo. I have since been securing venues and working tirelessly and investing money to put together the fantastic show that i have literally built from nothing. I am often described as outgoing, over-the-top and a lot of fun. I bring with me to my shows 11 years experience as a singer, and 14 years experience in sound production and hosting.
